In order to make it easier for consumers to lodge a debit order dispute, we have now opened an SMS line.
Send the DO Reference number from your Bank Statement to 44258 to start the Dispute process. Remember if there is no DO Reference number on you bank statement against the transaction then it is not a debit order processed by us.
